Nov 02, 2013 Bluecat Transmission Table Software Last Updated: 7/6/18: Version 1.37 I know I promised this to you guys years ago when I quit updating my transmission spread sheets, just hard to find time to make something public releasable. I used the Trans Tune in my 2006 Toyota Sienna to help correct occasional rough shifting. I had already drained and refilled the tranny with new fluid but the hard shifting persisted. After using the Trans Tune the shifts are consistently much smoother. This is the second time that I have had good results correcting rough shifting. Trans tune peeps. This question is for those of you that have had the pre dieselgate tune done on your trans computer. TRANS TUNE is an excellent hydraulic fluid system cleaner and conditioner that works safely and quickly to clean sticky pressure valves, solubilize moisture, and dissolve varnish formations in hydraulic fluid. Can add any time as a pre-flush cleaner or to help keep systems clean over the life of the hydraulic fluid.

Start with the basics, like removing the skip-shift for you six-speed owners, or accommodating for the larger wheels or different rear gear ratios you've installed.

Then we'll progress to altering the timing and fuel curves, to get better throttle response, torque, and even MPG! Click Free Tips to see what I have so far! Much of it can be applied to other engine/PCM types, including TPI and LS1.

If you don't have the time, money or desire to do this on your own, but would still like some changes made to your PCM, I also offer a very inexpensive tuning service for the 1986-2003 OBDI/OBDII TBI/TPI/LT4/LT1/L99/LS1 PCMs.

Postal or Email Tuning

If you have no ability to tune yourself, my main service allows you to postal mail me your PCM for tuning, for just $100 OBDI LT1 / $100 OBDII LT1 / $100 LS1 for basic changes, or only $175 OBDI LT1 / $175 OBDII LT1 / $200 LS1 for power, MPG and/or auto transmssion tuning, or for your '92-'93 LT1, have me mail you a new tuned chip for $90 or $175. All prices include free USPS Priority Mail return shipping and one free retune!

But, if you have your own tuning software, and are looking for help or a place to start, I also offer tuning via email, using your own PCM image, for only $175 OBDI / $175 OBDII / $175 LS1, including three free fine-tunes!

Lastly, for 1994-2003 flash-based PCMs, I can loan you a kit to load my tunes yourself as well as data-log your vehicle while driving, so that I can tune it completely through email, for one week: 1986-1993 TPI/TBI/LT1 PCM ($250), 1994-1995 LT1 PCM ($250), 1996-1997 LT1 PCM ($250), and 1997-2003 LS1/Vortec PCM ($250).

I create custom transmission tuning for the following BMW models 335d, X5D, 135i, 335i, 335xi, 535i, 535xi, X1-35i and many European models using the ZF6HP19,21,26,28 transmissions. Vehicles with a build date of 03/2007 or older will have older GEN1 software and I can not tune that version.

Only on the 135i, 335i, 335xi, 535i, 535xi, X1-35i the DME tune has a few TQ tables that must be adjusted to run correctly with my trans tuning or if you are running MHD OTS version 9 maps you are all set.

The XHP Flashtools program is required with the general flash license to flash my custom transmission tunes. Steps for getting a Sutphin TCU tune:

1) You will need a device with the XHP flashtools with the general 6 speed license. (Android, Iphone or Laptop windows)

2) KDcan Cable (Android or laptop) or Thor WIFI (works on both) for BMW OBD2 port.

4) Email the xhp_tcu_backup file to sutphintuning@gmail.com Not required on diesel.

5) You place the online order and pay for it.

6) I create the tune.

7) I email the tcu tune with instructions to you.

8) You place the tune in the xhp custom tunes folder or the downloads folder which is default on most device downloads.

9) You flash the tune using the xhp Flashtool program.

10) Enjoy the new tune.
